Tip Forming
For some applications special tapered tips or tailormade tube ends are required. Such finishing can be achieved through the application of heat forming and heat welding techniques. Particularly the tips of catheters are shaped and thermoformed by the use of induction heat methods. Other heat forming and welding techniques utilized in SteriPack include: bending, flaring and stretching. |
